| We take placing our puppies very seriously. All puppies are sold as pets on a Limited Registration through AKC. (Unless prior arrangements have been made, and Buyer passes screening). Buyer agrees to have Puppy spayed or neutered by 6 months of age. Buyer, understands and agrees to the following: Puppy will be treated with care, love and respect, as one would treat a member of their own family. Specifically, Puppy will not be housed outside, as these are inside dogs, and never chained up. Buyer understands that this breed requires special attention in regard to grooming. Buyer will provide a high quality dog food. Buyer agrees to continue the quality of health care that Sweet, Cute and Cuddly Pups, has initiated,(e.g) immunizations, health checkups and treatment if needed. Buyer agrees that puppy will be returned to Sweet,Cute and Cuddly Pups, in the event that Buyer is unable to care for it, accompanied with AKC Papers. No refund will be given. Buyer is responsible for any costs incurred, as a result of this decision. | Pricing Purchasing a Puppy Pricing I reserve the right to set a price on a puppy, on an individual basis, taking into consideration color, size, gender and conformation. Puppies are sold with a" limited "AKC registration, as pets. (this means that the puppy that you buy is AKC registered, however, if you breed her, (or him),) their puppies would not be eligible to become AKC registered.) Pricing is more if full AKC registration is requested. (Most people who request this, usually plan on breeding their dog therefore they request and pay for breeding rights.) Applicants for full registration must pass a screening. We will not sell to puppy mills , brokers or pet shops. As puppy matures pricing may change to reflect color and size; at breeders discretion. Once a buyer has placed a deposit on a puppy, price will not change. Breeder reserves the right to pick of the litter. Deposits and Method of Payment We work on a first come, first served basis, after screening our applicants. We never "hold " a puppy without a deposit. Please note, the only way to secure a puppy, is with a deposit. Once a deposit is received, the puppy then is considered sold and taken off the "available " list. If you have made an appointment with us to view a puppy, that, in no way, constitutes a sale, or a guarantee that you have first right to purchase. We reserve the right to continue showing all of our puppies even up until the time of your appointment, for the purpose of sale, to anyone who is interested, and to sell to whomever first demonstrates an interest, in securing a puppy with a deposit, again the first come first served rule for approved applicants. We will make every attempt to contact you as soon as possible to inform you that the puppy, you expressed interest in, has been removed from the "available" list The following is applicable for the purpose of securing a puppy from a litter, from the age of birth to 8 weeks of age. Once you have decided on a puppy that you would like to secure for purchase, (and will pick up at eight weeks of age) please notify me by e-mail. After I have confirmed your desire to purchase, you will be required to send me a deposit to secure the puppy. Deposit must be received, by me, no later than 3 days after confirmation. Payment should be in the form of a US Postal Money Order and in the amount of $250.00. The balance is due by the time the puppy is 8 weeks old, or upon pre- agreed upon time of pickup and that payment should be in the form of cash. "Deposits are Non-Refundable" So only the very serious should apply.At this time I do not take deposits on unborn litters. The following is applicable after puppy reaches eight weeks of age. For a puppy available for sale, security would be the entire purchase price, and in the form of cash, at time of purchase, we can accept deposits to hold but balance would be due at prearranged time of pickup, and certainly no longer than three days from receipt of deposit to hold. Failure to complete transaction and puppy pickup at prearranged time, will result in forfeiture of puppy and any money paid, and allows the puppy be put back on the "Available" list. "Special circumstances" Some people, due to special circumstances, (previously planned vacations and things of that nature), inquire, if we would be willing to keep their puppy for them, for a few days or weeks longer, than the time, their puppy should have been be picked up. Example: they have purchased a puppy from us and then realize they had planned a vacation at the time they were to pick up their puppy. Would we be able to keep and care for their puppy for them for a couple of weeks? We can do that and here is how it works, there will be a $5.00 daily fee accessed for board. We will keep the puppy's immunization up to date while he is in our care, however, you agree to be financially responsible. You also agree to assume financial responsibility for any medical emergency or otherwise medical attention your puppy may require. These fees are payable at time of purchase, or request.(In the case of medical emergency or sickness while in our care those fees would be payable at time of pickup) Shipping At this time I do not ship my puppies. Picking up the puppy is the sole responsibility of the buyer. "Sweet, Cute and Cuddly Pups," (here after identified as "SCCP ") shall carry no financial responsibility for transportation. |

To the best of my knowledge every puppy sold is healthy and free from any communicable disease.
In order to validate our health guarantee, the buyer must take puppy to their own veterninarian within
3 days of purchase. Failure to do so makes this guarantee, null and void.
If your veterninarian diagnoses the puppy as unfit for purchase, buyer will notify "SCCP" immediately
by registered mail.
Buyer will make arrangements to return puppy, ( at buyer's expense) puppy must be accompanied by
documentation from the attending veterninarian stating why the puppy is deemed unfit, along with AKC
papers, no later than one week from date of discovery.
"SCCP" reserves the right to a second opinion from their own vet .Should both vets concur "SCCP"
will provide a replacement puppy,of equal value and gender, when one becomes available. Please note we
only produce one or two litters a year. NO MONEY SHALL BE REFUNDED.
This is a replacement puppy contract.

would prevent it from living the comfortable life of a pet, or if inherited conditon would cause puppy to
expire, "SCCP" will offer a replacement puppy with another of equal value and gender, as soon as one
would become available. Please note we only produce one or two litters a year. This is a puppy replacement
warranty only, NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED. We will need verification, and documentation from your
vet, stating that said condition was cause for interference with quality of life, or was responsible for
puppy's demise. Live puppy should be returned to "SCCP" along with AKC papers and documentation, all at
buyers expense.
